Payments and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any appointment, and it will be applied toward your final balance.

Please do not submit your deposit until you have fully reviewed all applicable information, including our cancellation and rescheduling policies. By sending your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

For the remaining balance, cash is preferred. If you choose to pay with a major debit/credit card, a 3% fee will apply; Apple Pay or Zelle incur a 1% fee. Please bring exact change if paying in cash.

Rescheduling

Please reschedule at least 24 hours ahead to avoid losing your deposit. You may only reschedule within 30 days of your original appointment date, and the service must be used within that same 30-day window. Missing your rescheduled appointment also results in a forfeited deposit.

Each deposit allows for one courtesy reschedule. Beyond that, you’ll need to book a new appointment. Cancellations or no-shows automatically forfeit the deposit. I reserve the right to decline future appointments if you have a history of no-shows or excessive rescheduling. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service cost.
